There is no cost to be on an information waiting list for expectant litters. To confirm your place to select, you will need to pay a Selection List fee of $200. This Selection fee is credited toward your purchase and is based on first paid, first served. A deposit of $550 is due once you select your specific puppy at 4 to 5 weeks. The Selection List fee and Deposit are non-refundable unless a pup of your gender choice is not available to you. If a pup of your gender choice is not available to you, you can then decide to roll over the Selection List Fee and Deposit to the next litter or have those payments refunded to you. If you are selecting a pup at 4 to 5 weeks or after and had not previously paid a Selection List fee, your Deposit would be $750 ( Selection List fee + Deposit).
The Selection List Fee can be paid via GoDaddy Payments by using the payment buttons above. The $550 Deposit is payable in cash or Venmo Friends and Family if you are selecting your pup in person. The balance due at pickup $1200 must be paid in cash. Preapproved exceptions to this policy can be arranged, but not at time of pickup.
Pups will need to be picked up at 8 weeks. If you are not able to pick up your pup by the weekend of their 8th week, you will be charged a $15 per day boarding fee. If you have not picked up your pup by their 10 week birthday, your pup will be considered abandoned and your fees and deposits will not be refunded. All is asked is clear communication, as we understand circumstances can change.
Puppies will have tails and not be docked unless it is a litter planned to be docked for those who are looking for an AKC show dog from Blue or for who insist on docking.
Puppies will be vet checked at 7.5 weeks and will have received any necessary treatments and their initial vaccines. Puppies will go home with a care package of a collar, mini blanket from their mom, and starter food. You will also receive their medical records and the paperwork to apply for limited AKC registration.
Your puppy is guaranteed to be free of any life threatening disease or illness for ten days from the date of pickup/delivery and for one year from any serious inherited defects that would affect its ability to function as a companion/pet. After verification by our veterinarian, we will replace the puppy from another litter within a reasonable time period thereafter. All shipping and veterinary costs are the owner’s responsibility. For this guarantee to remain in effect, the puppy must be examined by a veterinarian within 7 days of pickup/delivery as well as have all recommended puppy exams, annual exam, vaccinations, and treatments as prescribed. Owner must contact us and also provided all needed documentation from vet within 1 week of diagnosis of any serous inherited defect.
This agreement is null and void if there is any evidence of abuse or neglect.
This guarantee is not a promise that a genetic health problem won't occur, but a promise about what will happen if it does. If you are unable to keep your puppy or adult dog, we will happily take them back. We are also available to help with any advice to help your puppy be a happy addition to your family.
The dog shall reside with the Buyer. The dog shall not be sold, transferred, or given to any individual or to any retail or wholesale establishment for the purpose of resale. The Buyer shall notify the Seller immediately if the dog cannot be kept by the Buyer. Seller would be happy to discuss the return/buying back the puppy/dog.
