we love tails!
Most puppies will not be docked and will have their tails. I prefer not to dock tails. I will have a couple of litters planned for docked tails with Blue as the parent for those who are looking for an AKC show dog starting Fall/Winter of 2025.
We breed for health & temperament
We breed with a focus on health and a sweet, calm temperament. Puppies are selected starting at 4 to 5 weeks so we can help find the right personality match for you.

Our dogs are part of the family. Puppies are raised in the home and receive lots of attention and love. We start basic training including pee pad training before going home. In order to provide the love and care that every puppy deserves, we will be limited to 1 to 2 litters a year.
FULL akc registration AND health tested
Our parents have Full AKC Registration and your puppy will be eligible for limited AKC Registration with full registration available on a case by case basis.
Parents have had Embark DNA health testing and breeder pairing matching testing with excellent results. Their DNA results are available under The Parents page along with information on OFA hip and OFA eye certification.

We love this amazing breed. It can be difficult and frustrating finding an Old English Sheepdog from a quality breeder, so we want to make the process as easy and as fun for you as we can. SHOULD YOU CHOOSE A MALE OR FEMALE?
Base your choice on the best fit for you and your family. Both males and females love human attention, like to play and be silly, and are sweet and loyal. From our own experience, we have seen the following differences:
- Some females tend to be more active, others maybe more calmer. They are usually smarter than the males and like to have jobs to do. They pick up training quickly. Our girls will be about 65 to 75 lbs. when full grown.
- Males are more likely to be by your side, are more lazy (cuddly couch potatoes) but usually are not as smart as the females. Males are good followers and enjoy training but may not learn as quickly. They see their job as just being next to you. Males will be about 10 to 15 lbs larger than the girls so our guys will be about 70 to 85 lbs when full grown.
Both males and females are happy, silly, and sweet. Both love getting attention from their human and being with you.
Of course this is just our observation and every pup will be their own unique individual. We have focused our breeding towards a healthy pup with a sweet, calm temperament. Feel free to contact us with questions or more information.
